I will not work with you if you do not agree to these terms. If these terms are broken at any point, it will most likely end up with you on my blacklist.
★ COMMISSIONS ★
⭑ I have the right to refuse ANY commission I am not comfortable with.⭑ I will not accept characters who include hateful or bigoted media. I will also not accept commissions portraying such subjects.
ex. Racism, Homophobia, Transphobia⭑ At this time, I do not accept NSFW commissions. However, when commissioning me your reference sheet does not need to be SFW, NSFW reference sheets are also accepted.⭑ Unless I am accepting a design commission or reference sheet commission, please have a clear image ready of your character. I will deny your commission if I cannot properly discern your characters markings, or you give me a written description (with no images).⭑ My artwork is not allowed to be used for NFTs
★ DESIGNS ★
⭑ Please do not heavily edit any of my designs to the point where they are unrecognizable. It is okay to change small things like a few markings, slight tone changes , claws, gender, hair etc. As long as it looks relatively the same then it’s okay!⭑ Do not claim my designs as your own or try to resell them as your own.⭑ Do not make sibling designs based on my designs. Ex. Colour picking them and creating a similar design.⭑ You are allowed to gift, trade or sell any design made by me. However, you may not place rules on them or forcefully remove them from people. (Unless they have stolen/forced a refund)
Rule example: “You are not allowed to trade this design to anyone but me if you loose interest, it must go back to me”. Strict rules like this are not allowed to be placed on my designs.⭑ My designs are not allowed to be used for NFTs
★ REFUNDS ★
⭑ Refunds are offered to those who have been waiting 2+ months for their commission.
⭑ As I work freelance, my financial state fluctuates. Please allow a 1-2 week buffer for commission refunds. The time frame will always be discussed with the person receiving a refund.
★ BLACKLIST ★
Those mentioned here are not allowed to claim YCH, commission me or be in posession of a character by me (that wasn't owned prior to being blacklisted). If you are caught purchasing on behalf of those mentioned or purposely negating my blacklist, you will be added as well.
